Randi Seguin

Registered Social Worker, Counsellor and System Navigator

Hi, I’m Randi (she/her). I’m a registered social worker and counsellor dedicated to supporting individuals through life’s complexities. My practice is rooted in creating a safe, affirming space where clients can explore their identities, relationships, and personal challenges.

With a background in healthcare, I specialize in helping clients navigate systemic barriers and life transitions. Whether you’re exploring neurodivergence, sexuality, relationship changes, or family dynamics, I offer a grounded, practical approach to foster growth and resilience.

Clients often appreciate my ability to bring clarity and compassion to difficult conversations, helping them feel seen and empowered. I have a particular passion for working with caregivers, individuals in ethically non-monogamous or kink communities, and those embracing new facets of their identity.

In addition to counselling, I provide guidance on navigating systems such as the Autism Funding Unit, CRA, disability benefits, all levels of education, and extended health coverage. My goal is to help clients feel less overwhelmed and more confident in accessing the resources they need.

Whether you’re holding big responsibilities with little support, moving through relational shifts, or exploring what truly matters to you, I’m here to help.
