I invite you to join me in a safe space where we collaborate to access all parts of yourself to gain clarity and embark on changes for your life.
I intend to honour your unique lived experiences and create a relationship founded in trust that explores what that journey looks like for you while integrating a trauma-informed and culturally aware framework throughout our time together.
I work from a variety of modalities to support your needs. These include EMDR therapy (Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing), IFS (Internal Family Systems), nervous-system regulation, CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), attachment theory and self-compassion lenses. I aim to work on creating safety, awareness and peace in all the different parts of you and in your body. Ultimately, I work from a person-centered lens to tailor and frame therapeutic sessions in a way that supports you while allowing for a non-judgmental environment to explore the inner workings of yourself. I’m looking forward to working with you and giving space for your voice and journey.
Having lived experience as a second-generation immigrant, I additionally have a layer of understanding of balancing different identities and cultural nuances. I also offer a range of services in Punjabi, Urdu and Hindi.
