Kudret Sekhon
I invite you to join me in a safe and supportive space where we can explore all parts of yourself, gain clarity, and initiate meaningful changes in your life.
My approach is grounded in honoring your unique lived experiences, cultivating a trusting relationship, and guiding you through your personal journey with a trauma-informed and culturally aware framework.
I specialize in a variety of therapeutic modalities, including EMDR therapy (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), IFS (Internal Family Systems), CBT (Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy), Neurofeedback, and somatic practices. I am deeply passionate about working with perinatal mental health, supporting clients in processing trauma, and uncovering hidden or wounded parts of themselves. I also work with families and couples, helping them navigate challenges and strengthen their relationships. My aim is to foster safety, awareness, and peace within you and your body. I use a person-centered approach, tailoring each session to support your individual needs, while providing a non-judgmental space for self-exploration.
I look forward to collaborating with you, creating space for your voice, and honoring your unique journey.
As a second-generation immigrant, I bring a deep understanding of balancing multiple identities and cultural nuances. I also offer services in Punjabi to support a diverse range of clients.
