From wherever you’ve come, and whatever brings you to this page, you are so welcome here.

Working as a counsellor is an immense privilege. Entering the uttermost vulnerable and pained parts of another’s life, to me, is a sacred act. I feel a deep sense of wonder towards the stories and experiences each of my clients brings. I view flourishing through a holistic and relationally-centered lens. I hold both our embodied experience and relational connections as integral avenues of wellness. I believe humans are made for meaningful relational connection. This relational connection speaks to both our internal world (relationship with self) and external world (family, community, and friends). It is from this same perspective which I approach therapy. My primary modalities in counselling address the inner workings of our relational styles and help us understand and integrate the emotions which drive us. In session, I draw from counselling modalities such as Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP) and Satir Transformational Systemic Therapy.

I look forward to journeying alongside and supporting you in whatever ways bring about flourishing.
