From wherever you’ve come, and whatever brings you to this page, you are so welcome here.

As a counselor, I find entering another person’s life to be a sacred act. I feel a deep sense of wonder toward the stories and experiences each of my clients brings. I view flourishing through a holistic, relationally centered lens. I believe our physical experience, emotions, and social connections each shape our mental wellness. I provide individual counseling for teens aged 13 and above, and adults of all ages. I consider self-esteem, anxiety, depression, stress management, trauma, and grief to be my main areas of expertise.

My primary modalities in counseling address the inner workings of our relational styles and help us understand and integrate the emotions that drive us. In session, I draw from counseling modalities such as Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), and Satir Transformational Systemic Therapy. Outside of regular talk therapy, I also offer EMDR and Neurofeedback.

I’m someone who wants to meet you where you’re at. Counseling, to me, often looks like a casual conversation. I see therapy as a collaborative effort and value your lived experience, wisdom, and voice. I’m friendly, warm, and playful by nature. I like getting creative and have been known to break out the art supplies, creative writing, and whiteboard to aid in my work during sessions. My goal is to walk with you deeply and attentively, helping you learn more about yourself and shape the life you want to live. I look forward to journeying alongside you and supporting you in whatever ways bring about flourishing.
